Privacy policy

Version of 12.10.2026. This is an English translation for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

Who processes your data

Private notary Aigul Gabitovna Tashenova (licence No. 22013895 of 26.07.2022), address: 201 Kazybek Bi St., office 4 (2nd floor, intercom 4), Almaty. Hereinafter, “the notary”.

What data we receive

Only what you enter yourself when booking an appointment on the website or in the Telegram bot:

  • name;
  • phone number;
  • chosen service, date and time of the appointment;
  • contact method (website, Telegram, WhatsApp, phone);
  • if you turned on Telegram reminders, your Telegram chat ID.

We do not ask for or accept photos or copies of identity cards or other documents through the website or bots. You bring all documents to the appointment in the original.

Why

  • to book your appointment and avoid overlaps;
  • to remind you about the appointment and which documents to bring;
  • to let you know if the time of the appointment has changed.

We do not use your data for advertising or mailings and do not sell it.

Where and how long the data are kept

The data are stored on a server located in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

We do not keep a client database. Your name, phone number and Telegram ID are deleted automatically one day after the appointment. Only anonymous information remains (date, service and booking method) without name or phone number. Backups are kept for no more than three days.

Information about notarial acts performed is not part of the booking: the notary keeps it as required by the law on notariat, and it is covered by notarial secrecy.

Who receives the data

The data are not passed to third parties, except as required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

If you chose Telegram for reminders or write to us on WhatsApp, messages pass through the servers of these services, which may be located outside Kazakhstan. This is a cross-border transfer of data; it happens only with your consent. To avoid it, book on the website or by phone without Telegram reminders.

Our messages do not contain details of the notarial act: only the date, time, address and the list of documents.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, visit counters or third-party trackers.

Videos on the page load from YouTube only after you press “Watch”; at that moment YouTube (Google) receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.

Your rights

You can:

  • find out which of your data we hold, why and for how long;
  • ask us to correct the data;
  • withdraw your consent and ask us to delete the data.

To do so, call +7 747 452 96 24, write to [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp. After you withdraw your consent, we will stop processing the data within 15 working days, unless the law requires us to keep them.

You also have the right to seek protection of your rights from the authorised personal data protection body or in court.
